Yes. When you take the onboarding quiz, we absolutely ask about your diet and lifestyle. Just let us know, and we'll pick only those treats you can enjoy.

• NL delivery takes 1-3 business days, costs €3,95 euros, and is free for orders over €25

• DE and Benelux delivery takes 1-5 business days, costs €5,95 euros, and is free for orders over €30

• Rest of Europe delivery takes 2-6 business days, costs €9,95 euros, and is free for orders over €50.

Delivery costs may vary slightly from season to season, you will see the final sum at the checkout.

Once you subscribe, we bill your card immediately and your first box ships within the next shipping window (within 1–3 business days). Subsequent boxes are billed and shipped every month on the same-day date you signed up. You can check your next billing/shipping date in your account.

Absolutely! You can hit pause or cancel your Safe2Crave subscription anytime through your account page. Just make sure to do it before your next billing date to dodge any charges.

If your box shows up damaged or missing snacks, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll sort out a replacement or credit ASAP.

Log into your account, go to “My box” to update your taste profile and “Shipping Info” to change address. Changes made before the cut-off date for the next box will apply immediately.
